This is pure negligence, a person like that should not work as a pharmacist. So I could continue suffering and she could have the upper hand again, as always. She could literally see that I was physically suffering from severe withdrawal symptoms/having a seizure but instead of helping me, she opted to straight up call and lie to my doctor on purpose, to delay the refill. She literally called my doctor and lied/falsely stated that I was “Laying on the floor, and acting all crazy”, while all I did was sit on a chair in the corner and repeatedly ask her to please process the refill that they got the day before and could not find in their messed up, unorganized system. Get ready to be lectured by her and be put on hold constantly. She refuses to give you the meds when you really need them, even if you got a valid Rx and are literally crying from pain in front of her.
